اهمية التعلم الذاتي في العملية التدريسية

Résumé: يفرض النمو المعرفي والتطور السريع الذي يشهده العالم في يومنا هذا تطوير الانظمة التعليمية وبرامجها المستمرة واعادة ما هو موجود في رؤية مستقبلية، مما يستوجب اعادة النظر في اساليب التدريس للتاكد من مدى مواكبتها لما يستجد من تطورات واتجاهات معاصرة، اذ ان غاية التعلم والتعليم ليس جمع المعلومات والمعارف وحشوهافي اذهان المتعلمين، بل تنمية اداء المتعلم وتعليمه كيف يتعلم بنفسه، ومن بين هذه الاساليب التعلم الذاتي الذي يعد احد المحاور المهمة في استيعاب التطورات السريعة فهم من اساليب التعلم التي تتيح توظيف مهارات التعلم بفعالية مما يسهم في تطوير المتعلم سلوكيا ومعرفيا ووجدانيا، وهو من انماط التعلم الذي نعلم فيه التلميذ كيف يتعلم ما يريد هو بنفسه ان يتعلمه. وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على التعلم الذاتي مفهومه، اهميته، اساليب اتعلم الذاتي، دور المعلم في التعلم الذاتي.
