أدوار المختــص فــي علــم النفــس العمــل والتنظيــم في المؤسسة الجزائرية

Résumé: يرى عدد من الباحثين في المجال النفسي والاجتماعي بأن مهنة أخصائي علم النفس العمل والتنظيم عرفت انتشارا واسعا في أكثر من (144) بلد، وهذا بسبب أهميتها في تنمية وتطوير مواردها البشرية ومنظماتها على حد سواء. وبغية الاطلاع أكثر على هذه المهنة، تم إعداد هذه الورقة البحثية بهدف تسليط الضوء أكثر على أهم ما يمارسه من أدوار وخاصة في المؤسسات الجزائرية. فما المقصود بعلم النفس العمل والتنظيم؟ وفيما تكمن أهدافه؟ ومن هو الأخصائي في علم النفس العمل والتنظيم ؟ وفيما تتمثل أهم أدواره؟. Abstract: Many scholars in the psychological and social field assume that the profession of specialist in work and organization psychology has known a wide spread in more than (144) country. This is due to its importance in the development and growth of their human resources and organizations. And for the sake of learning more about this profession, this research paper is conducted for the aim of shedding more light on the most important roles it plays, especially in Algerian institutions. Therefore, what is meant by the psychology of work and organization? What are its goals? Who is a specialist in the psychology of work and organization? And what are the most important roles he plays ?
