Résumé: ملخص يلعب علم نفس الصناعي والتنظيمي دورا بارزا في تكوين وتنمية رأس المال البشري باعتباره جزءا هاما من رأس المال الفكري بأية منظمة، وذلك وفق العديد من المقاربات والأطر الفكرية وكذا اسهاماته النظرية والميدانية، ومن بين أهم الخدمات التي يقدمها علم النفس العمل والتنظيم للمنظمات والمؤسسات مهما كان نوعها، ذلك الدور الذي يقوم به أخصائي علم النفس العمل والتنظيم من خلال مختلف المهام والخطط التي يعمل على تطبيقها بتبني استراتيجية عمل تضمن نجاح المؤسسة في تحقيق أهدافها. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لإبراز الأدوار التي يمارسها المختص في علم النفس العمل والتنظيم داخل المؤسسة الصناعية، وماهي الجوانب الواجب التركيز عليها من أجل تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة في ظل الصعوبات الموجودة.
