Status Of The International Criminal Court: A True Reflection Of Legal Globalization
Résumé: The problem of achieving international criminal justice involves several substantive variables in the context of the phenomenon of legal globalization, which has reformulated the requirements of the international community without giving States the opportunity to rearrange their legal status so as to achieve the basic foundations of international criminal justice based on human rights and justice considerations in a world where the interests of States contributing to the trajectory of globalization prevail.
