Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز العلاقة - الأثر بين الجودة الوظيفية في القطاع الصحي والتمكين بأبعاده الذاتية والتنظيمية لدى الأطباء بالمركز الاستشفائي الجامعي مصطفى باشا، باعتبار أن تمكين العاملين هو أحد أهم الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة المتبعة في العديد من المنظمات. من بين النتائج المتوصل إليها نجد توفر عملية تبادل المعلومات والتدريب والعمل الجماعي، وامتلاك القدرة والمعرفة لدى الأطباء وحسن معاملتهم للمرضي، مع عدم توفر الوسائل الطبية الضرورية للتشخيص والعلاج، وافتقار بيئة العمل للنظافة وعدم انسجام مرافق المستشفى مع طبيعة ونوع الخدمة المقدمة This study aims to highlight the relationship – impact between job quality in the health sector and empowerment in its own and organizational dimensions for doctors at the Mustafa Pasha University Hospital Center, given that empowering workers is one of the most important modern management methods used in many organizations. Among the findings, we find the availability of information exchange, training and teamwork, possessing the ability and knowledge of doctors and their good treatment of patients, in addition to the lack of medical means necessary for diagnosis and treatment, lack of hygiene and the inconsistency of hospital facilities with the nature and type of service provided
