مساهمة ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية في تحقيق الأداء المتميز للعاملين بالمؤسسات الرياضية

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة إلي محاولة التعرف علي مساهمة ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية في تحقيق الأداء المتميز للعاملين بالمؤسسات الرياضية، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لملائمته هذه الدراسة، حيث كانت عينة البحث مكونة من 40 موظف وإداري بمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية المسيلة، وتم الإعتماد علي استمارة الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات طبعا بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها،وتم التوصل الي النتائج التالية:الممارسات المتعلقة بتدريب وتنمية الموارد البشرية ومكافأتها وتعويضها كلها تساهم في تحقيق الأداء المتميز للعاملين بالمؤسسات الرياضية، أهمية تطبيق ممارسات ادارة الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسات الرياضية لتحقيق الأداء المتميز للعاملين بها وتحقيق أهدافها وغاياتها. وفي ضوء ما أسفرت عنه نتائج البحث يوصي الباحثان بما يلي: يوصي الباحثان باستمرارية البحث والدراسة في مجالات إدارة الموارد البشرية وسبل تحقيق الأداء المتميز لمختلف،والاهتمام بالعنصر البشري وإدارته على أكمل وجه وبالتالي الحصول على أداء متميز، وضرورة السهر علي الوصول الي الأداء المتميز للعمال لتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة، الاطلاع علي مختلف الدراسات والأبحاث الأجنبية التي درست موضوع الأداء المتميز وسبل تحقيقه، الاهتمام بتطبيق ممارسات بإدارة الموارد البشرية بطريقة مدروسة وسليمة. Abstract: The study aimed to try to identify the role of human resources management practices in achieving the outstanding performance of workers in sports institutions, and the researchers used the descriptive approach to its suitability of this study, where the research sample consisted of 40 employees and administrators in the Directorate of Youth and Sports for the state of M'sila, and the questionnaire was used as a study tool to gather information And the data, of course, after making sure of its sincerity and reliability, and the following results were reached: Practices related to training and development of human resources and their remuneration and compensation all contribute to achieving the distinguished performance of workers in sports institutions, the importance of applying The practices of human resources management of sports institutions to achieve outstanding performance of their employees and achieve their goals and objectives. In light of the results of the research results, the researchers recommend the following: The researchers recommend the continuity of research and study in the fields of human resources management and ways to achieve distinguished performance for different, attention to the human component and its management in the best way and thus obtain a distinct performance, and the need to ensure access to the outstanding performance of workers to achieve The desired goals, to be acquainted with the various foreign studies and researches that have studied the topic of outstanding performance and ways to achieve it, interest in applying practices of human resources management in a studied and sound manner.
