Résumé: The subject of the union is of great importance in the context of institutional organizations and the context of the world of work. We aim to reveal the role that exists between the activity of trade unions and the dissemination of organizational culture in the labor circles. We chose Ibn Sina Hospital in Adrar as a sample for conducting the field study. This raises the following question: What is the role of the union in spreading organizational culture in the institution? To answer the question, we discussed our topic through four chapters. We discussed in the first chapter the general framework of the study, in the second chapter we dealt with the theoretical framework of the union, in the third we dealt with the theoretical framework of the organizational culture and the final chapter dealt with the field aspect of the study. In our field study, we tried to reveal what the union is doing to spread the organizational culture among the workers' departments at Ibn Sina Hospital. We used the questionnaire and a sample of 74 workers, 55 of whom were respondents. Through our analysis of the data, we have reached a set of conclusions concerning the nature of the role played by the union in the dissemination of the organizational culture of workers.
