حق الوصول إلى المعلومة حول جائحة "كوفيد19" بين الدواعي المهنية والمسؤولية الأخلاقية: دراسة استطلاعية على عينة من الصحفيين الجزائريين خلال فترة تغطيتهم للجائحة.

Résumé: تسعى الدراسة إلى تبيان كيفية ممارسة الصحفيين الجزائريين لحقهم في الحصول على المعلومات حول جائحة "كورونا" في ظل الضوابط المهنية التي تقنن أدائهم الإعلامي ومدى التزامهم بالمسؤولية الأخلاقية في تغطيتهم لها إعلاميا، وذلك باعتماد استمارة استبيانية موجهة لعينة من الصحفيين من مختلف القطاعات الإعلامية: المكتوبة، السمعية- البصرية، السمعية والالكترونية، تبين من خلال تحليل نتائجها أن المبحوثين على الرغم من اندفاعهم لتوفير تغطية إعلامية دورية وسباقة لجائحة كورونا لنقل وقائعها ومستجداتها سواء على المستوى الوطني أو العالمي لاسيما مع حداثة الوباء وغياب معلومات مسبقة حوله، إلا أن ذلك لم يكن عائقا أمام التزامهم بالمبادئ الأخلاقية في تغطيتها سواء من حيث تبني الدقة والصدق والنزاهة وكذا الموضوعية واحترام الكرامة الإنسانية في معالجتهم لجائحة كورونا إعلاميا. Abstract : This study aims to show how Algerian journalists exercise their right to access information on the Corona pandemic with regard to the professional responsibility that determines their media performance and the extent of their commitment to moral responsibility during their coverage media. While adopting an electronic questionnaire addressed to a sample of journalists from various media sectors: News Paper, audio-visual, audio and electronic journalism. Shown by analyzing the results of the questionnaire, we found that it turned out that the surveyed journalists, despite their work to achieve periodic and proactive media coverage of the Corona pandemic especially with the novelty of the epidemic and the absence of prior information about it. However, that has not obstacle to adopting several moral ethics in their coverage of the pandemic such as: Precision, Honesty and integrity as well as objectivity, and respect for human dignity in their treatment of the Corona pandemic in the media.
