Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر عمليات إدارة المعرفة على الأداء الوظيفي بمديريــة الوحــدة الولائيـــة لبريــد الجزائـــر لولايــة المسيلـــة ، حيث اعتمد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة مع الاستعانة بالاستبيان وتوزيعه على عينة متكونة من (40) موظف من أجل جمع البيانات، أين استخدمنا برنامج SPSS لمعالجة البيانات، واستخلاص النتائج وتحليلها، وتوصلت الدراسة الى وجود أثر دال إحصائيا لعمليات إدارة المعرفة على الأداء الوظيفي بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة. The study aimed to identify the processes of knowledge management and its impact on job performance in the Directorate of the Unity State Post of Algeria in Wilaya of M’sila, We conducted the descriptive analytical approach in the study using a questionnaire and after its distribution to a sample consisting of 40 employees to collect data, where we used the SPSS software, The study concluded that there is a statistically significant impact of the knowledge management processes on the job performance of the targeted institution
