أخلاقيات الممارسة الإعلامية عبر الانترنت

Résumé: تناولت الدراسة موضوع أخلاقيات الممارسة الإعلامية عبر الانترنيت ،حيث تطرقت في البداية إلى صناعة المحتوى الرقمي عبر الشبكة كظاهرة اكتسحت البيئة الرقمية وفرضت على الصحفيين ضرورة إتقان الممارسات الجديدة باستخدام الأدوات التقنية ثم عالجت حدود حرية التعبير في البيئة الرقمية و أشكال المحتوى الرقمي وأخلاقياته ،و تناولت أيضا أهم المواثيق الأخلاقية الضابطة للإعلام الالكتروني وكذلك القواعد المساعدة للتأكد من دقة المحتوى الإعلامي الذي ينتجه المستخدم وبحثت في واقع التنظيم المهني لأخلاقيات الممارسة عبر الانترنيت. لتخلص في الأخير إلى التأكيد على أن التغيرات التي طرأت على الممارسة الإعلامية في البيئة الرقمية تستوجب بالضرورة الاحتكام لمجموعة من المواثيق والقواعد الأخلاقية لحماية المستخدمين من السلوكيات غير المسؤولة للأفراد والمؤسسات. The study addressed the ethics of online media practice, initially addressing the digital content industry via the network as a phenomenon that has swept the digital environment and imposed on journalists the need to master new practices using technical tools. It also addressed the limits of freedom of expression in the digital environment and the forms and ethics of digital content And touched on the ethics of media dissemination through the network and the most important ethical charters governing electronic media as well as the most important rules that help to ensure the accuracy of the media content produced by the user and also examined the reality of professional organization of practice ethics via the Internet. Finally, it concludes that changes in media practice in the digital environment necessarily require a set of charters and rules. Ethical to protect users from irresponsible behaviors of individuals and organizations.
