الدعم التنظيمي المدرك لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين - دراسة ميدانية بجامعة باتنة -

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على مستوى الدعم التنظيمي المدرك لدى الاساتذة الجامعيين بكلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة باتنة1، وكذا الكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في مستويات الادراك بين الأساتذة تعزى لمتغير الجنس، والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في مستوى الادراك بين الأساتذة تعزى الى الأقدمية في العمل . وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المناسب للدراسة الحالية، والاعتماد على مقياس ماضي لقياس مستوى الدعم التنظيمي المدرك بأبعاده الأربعة: العدالة التنظيمية، سلوك القادة لمساندة المرؤوسين، والمشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات، وبعد دعم وتأكيد الذات لدى العاملين،وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة القصدية العرضية،من مجتمع البحث الأصلي المكون من 220 استاذا واستاذة من كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية والممثلين بنسبة 30% ، وكان من أبرز نتائج الدراسة مستوى الدعم التنظيمي المدرك بدرجة متوسطة لدى الاساتذة الجامعيين بجامعة باتنة1 وقد بلغ 70.18 وهي الدرجة المتوسطة . لاتوجد فروق ذات ذلالة احصائية في مستوى الدعم التنظيمي المدرك لدى الاساتذة بجامعة باتنة1 تعزى الى الجنس, لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى الدعم التنظيمي المدرك لدى الاساتذة بجامعة باتنة1 تعزى الى الاقدمية في العمل . The current study aimed to identify the level of perceived organizational support among university professors at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Batna1, as well as to reveal statistically significant differences in the levels of cognition among professors due to the gender variable, and to reveal statistically significant differences in the level of cognition among professors due to seniority at work . The appropriate descriptive analytical approach was adopted for the current study, and reliance on a past scale to measure the perceived level of organizational support in its four dimensions: organizational justice, behavior of leaders to support subordinates, participation in decision-making, and after support and self-affirmation among workers. The original research, consisting of 220 male and female professors from the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, represented by 30%, was one of the most prominent results of the study The perceived average level of organizational support among university professors at the University ofBatna 1 was 70.18, which is the average degree. There are no statistically significant differences in the level of perceived organizational support among professors at the University ofBatna 1 due to gender.
