الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في أوربا خلال القرن 19م في عيون الرحالة العرب

Résumé: لقد كانت رحلات المغاربة إلى مختلف الدول الأوروبية، العامل الأساسي الذي أدركوا من خلاله الفرق بين ما وصلت إليــه أوربا من تمدن وحضارة في شتى المجالات، والوضعية المتردية التي تعيشها المجتمعات العربية. هذه الوضعية المتردية التي عاشتها المجتمعات العربية، هي التي حددت نظرة العرب إلى أوربا وولدت في أنفسهم سؤالا هاما، تمثل في البحث عن الوسائل التي تكفل عبور الفجوة بين التخلف والتقــدم، هـل يكـون باحتـذاء النمــوذج الغربي في السياسة والاقتصاد والثقافة وغيرها؟ أم يكون بإحياء التراث العربي؟ أم أن الحل يكمن في التوفيق بين النموذج الغربي والتراث العربي الإسلامي؟. It was the journey of Moroccans to various European countries, the main factor in which they realized the difference between the European civilization and civilization in various fields, and the deteriorating situation experienced by Arab societies. This depressing situation in the Arab societies has defined the Arabs' view of Europe and has given rise to an important question in their search for ways to bridge the gap between underdevelopment and progress. Is it by following the Western model in politics, economy, culture and others? Or is it reviving Arab heritage? Or is the solution to reconciling the Western model with the Arab-Islamic heritage?
