الجهود الدولية لمكافحة جريمة الاتجار بالأعضاء البشرية

Résumé: تعتبر عملية نقل وزرع الأعضاء البشرية من أهم الإنجازات الطبية التي شهدها العالم في القرن العشرين، إلا أن إساءة استخدام هذا العمل الإنساني والطمع في تحقيق الأرباح السريعة والطائلة، حوَّل هذا العمل إلى واحد من أكثر الأعمال الإجرامية الخطيرة والماسة بحقوق الإنسان. فخطورة جريمة الإتجار بالأعضاء البشرية وكونها جريمة منظمة ترجع إلى الطابع الخفي الذي تتم من خلاله، وكذا إلى الطابع الدولي لهذه الجريمة لأن مثل هذه الجرائم لا يمكن مكافحتها إلا بتظافر الجهود الدولية لمكافحتها ومواجهتها. Abstract: The process of transferring and transplanting human organs is considered one of the most important medical achievements that the world witnessed in the twentieth century, but the misuse of this humanitarian work and the greed for quick and huge profits turned this work into one of the most dangerous criminal acts and afflicts human rights. The seriousness of the crime of trafficking in human organs and its being an organized crime is due to the hidden nature through which it is carried out, as well as to the international nature of this crime, because such crimes can only be combated by concerted international efforts to combat and confront them.
