السياحة في الجزائر و مساهمتها في التنمية المستدامة

Résumé: تعتبر السياحة واحدة من اكبر الصناعات في العالم التي شهدت في الآونة الأخيرة اهتماما متزايدا، لكونها دافع من دوافع الإنعاش الاقتصادي وتطويره، حيث تساهم ب12% من إجمالي الناتج الداخلي الخام العالمي، وتساهم بنسبة عالية في التبادلات التجارية الدولية، إضافة إلى مساهمتها في التوازن الاقتصادي، ومنه تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة. حيث سارعت الجزائر على غرار باقي الدول إلى بعث سياسة سياحية جديدة تهدف إلى تنمية وترقية المنتوج السياحي الجزائري، وإدماجه في السوق السياحية العالمية في إطار شروط التنمية السياحية المستدامة، وذلك من خلال المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية SDAT 2025)( الذي يشكل الإطار الاستراتيجي المرجعي للسياسة السياحية في الجزائر لآفاق سنة 2025. ومن جهة أخرى تعتبر السياحة صناعة العصر والمستقبل، باعتبارها تمثل أحد اهم عناصر التنمية المستدامة في أي بلد، وسنحاول من خلال الورقة البحثية تعريف مدى اهتمام الجزائر بالقطاع السياحي وما مدى مساهمة هذا الأخير في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة ؟ ماهي مقومات النجاح السياحي في الجزائر من اجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة ؟ Tourism is one of the largest industries in the world, which has recently become increasingly interested in being motivated by economic recovery and development. It contributes 12% of the world's gross domestic product, contributes significantly to international trade and contributes to the economic balance, Including the achievement of the dimensions of sustainable development. Algeria, like other countries, has launched a new tourism policy aimed at developing and promoting the Algerian tourism product and integrating it into the world tourism market within the framework of the conditions of sustainable tourism development through SDAT 2025, Tourism in Algeria to the horizons of 2025. On the other hand, tourism is considered the industry of the age and the future, as it represents one of the most important elements of sustainable development in any country, and we will try through the paper to define the interest of Algeria in the tourism sector and what contribution does it make to sustainable development? What are the elements of tourism success in Algeria in order to achieve sustainable development?
