Résumé: This study aims to measure the impact of banking services on the profitability of Algerian commercial banks during the period (2008-2022) through a case study of each of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Algerian Foreign Bank, by focusing on the role that banking services play in improving the profitability of commercial banks. The study used the descriptive analytical approach by analyzing the content of the annual reports of the banks under study, where the behavior of the dependent variable (profitability) was studied, measured by the rate of return on assets (ROA), and the independent variables represented in banking services. The study reached some results, the most important of which are: 1/ Banking services have an impact on the rate of return for assets; 2/ There is a relationship between banking services and profitability of commercial banks; 3/ Banking services contribute to commercial banks’ profitability
