واقع تطبيق ادارة الصراع لدى العاملين بمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية سوق اهراس

Résumé: ملخص: نهدف من خلال دراستنا الى ابراز واقع تطبيق إدارة الصراع لدى العاملين بمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية سوق أهراس من خلال عدة متغيرات أهمها عامل المؤهل العلمي ومعرفة أكثر الاساليب استخداما لدى المديرين،كذلك التعرف على أسباب الصراع التنظيمي لدي إداري مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية سوق اهراس، وقد استخدم الباحثين المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة الموضوع على عينة مقصودة قدرت ب15 عاملا بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بولاية سوق أهراس ،كما تم تقسيم الاستبيان إلى محورين ب20 عبارة وتوصلنا في دراستنا إلى أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية لواقع تطبيق إدارة الصراع لدى العاملين بمديرية الشباب والرياضة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، أما الأسلوب الأكثر شيوعا لإدارة الصراع لدى العاملين بمديرية الشباب والرياضة هو أسلوب التعاون. Abstract: We aim through our study to highlight the reality of the application of conflict management among the employees of the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the Wilayat of Souk Ahras through several variables, the most important factor of scientific qualification and knowledge of the most used methods among managers, as well as to identify the causes of organizational conflict in the administration of the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the Wilayat of Souk Ahras. The researchers were descriptive approach to suit the nature of the subject on the intended sample estimated by 15 workers at the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the wilayat of Souk Ahras.The questionnaire was divided into two axes with 20 phrases and we found in our study that there are statistically significant differences to the reality of the application of conflict management Employees of the Directorate of Youth and Sports attributed to the variable of educational qualification, and the most common method of conflict management among employees of the Directorate of Youth and Sports is the method of cooperation.
