Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على بعض أساليب إدارة الوقت وعلاقتها بدافعية الإنجاز لدى العاملين بمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية سوق أهراس،تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لهذه الدراسة على عينة البحث المتكونة من 25 عاملا بمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية سوق أهراس تم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية،في حين تمثلت أداة الدراسة في الاستبيان،وأهم النتائج المتوصل إليها: - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين محور أسلوب(الإدارة بالتفويض-الإدارة بالأهداف)ودافعية الانجاز لدى العاملين بمديرية الشباب والرياضة. Abstract: The study aimed to identify some time management methods and their relationship to achievement motivation among workers in the Directorate of Youth and Sports of Souk Ahras. The study in the questionnaire, and the most important results reached: - There is a statistically significant relationship between the axis of the method (management by delegation - management by objectives) and achievement motivation among workers in the Directorate of Youth and Sports. -Keywords : Some time management methods, achievement motivation, the workers, the Directorate of Youth and Sports.
