خدمة التصديق كآلية لتوثيق المعاملات الإلكترونية

Résumé: ملخص : تواجه التعاملات الإلكترونية العديد من التحدّيات التي تقف عائقاً أمام تقدّمها، ولعل أبرز التحدّيات الرئيسية لهذا النوع من التعاملات، هو التحدّي الأمني الذي يكمن في إنعدام الثقة والأمان لدى المتعاملين في مجال التجارة الإلكترونية لعدم وجود ما يضمن صدق وجدّية المعاملات الإلكترونية وسرّيتها، خاصة إذا ما تمّت هذه المعاملات بين أطراف لا يعرف بعضهم بعضاً، ومقيمين في أقاليم مختلفة. أبرز هذا التحدّي الحاجة لوجود آلية تدعم الثقة والأمان في التعاملات الإلكترونية من ناحية، وتحافظ على سرّيتها من ناحية أخرى، هذا ما إستلزم وجود طرف ثالث محايد ومستقل عن العلاقة التعاقدية المبرمة عبر الوسائط الإلكترونية، يؤكّد هويّة أطراف العلاقة وإرادتهم الجدّية في التعاقد، ويثبت نسبة التوقيع الإلكتروني إلى من صدر عنه بإصدار شهادة إلكترونية تعدّ بمثابة البطاقة الشخصية المتضمّنة المعلومات اللازمة لأمن المعاملات الإلكترونية وسريّتها. يتمثّل هذا الطرف المحايد في جهات التصديق الإلكتروني التي تقوم بتوثيق المعاملات الإلكترونية، وإثبات صحتها وعدم تعرضها لأي تحريف أو تعديل أو تزوير، مما يعزّز ويدّعم الثقة والأمان والسرّية التي تمثل في مجموعها الضمانات الأساسية لتوثيق وتعزيز التعاملات الإلكترونية. Abstract: Electronic transactions face many challenges that slowed its progress, and the main challenge for this type of transaction could be the security challenge which consists in the lack of trust and security of customers in the field of electronic commerce, because there is no guarantee that the sincerity and seriousness of electronic transactions and their confidentiality, in particular if These transactions are done between parties that do not know each other and reside in different regions. This challenge highlighted the need of a mechanism that promotes trust and security in electronic transactions on one hand, and maintains its confidentiality on the other hand; this required the presence of a neutral and independent third party from. The contractual relationship concluded via electronic media, confirming the identity of the relationship parties and their serious will in the contract also proves that the electronic signature is linked to the person who issued it by issuing an electronic certificate, which serves as a personal card containing the information necessary for the security and confidentiality of electronic transactions. This neutral party is represented in electronic certification bodies that document electronic transactions, prove their validity and do not subject them to any distortion, modification or falsification; this strengthens and supports the trust, security and confidentiality which all constitute the main guarantees for documentation and improvement of electronic transactions.
