النظام القانوني لاستثمار الأراضي التابعة للدولة عن طريق الاستصلاح

Résumé: الاستصلاح هو كل عمل يهدف إلى تنمية الأراضي التابعة للأملاك الخاصة للدولة وتوسيع الرقعة التي تصلح للزراعة خاصة في المناطق الصحراوية. وقد نظم المشرع أحكامه بموجب القانون رقم 83-18 المؤرخ في 13/08/1983وكان يهدف إلى تمليك الأرض المستصلحة للمستفيد منها، ثم تراجع عن ذلك و أخذ بنظام الامتياز بحسب المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 21-432 المؤرخ في 4/11/2021 حفاظا على الأملاك الوطنية الخاصة.
