Résumé: يمكن تفسير الإلغاء الإداري على أنه عملية تصحيحية تقوم بها السلطة الإدارية لإلغاء أو إبطال القرارات الإدارية التي تعتبر غير مناسبة أو غير فعّالة أو غير متوافقة مع التطورات القانونية أو الاجتماعية. ويعتبر سحب القرار الإداري آلية قانونية حيوية تهدف إلى تعديل أو إلغاء القرارات الإدارية السابقة الصادرة عن السلطات الإدارية المختصة، والهدف من السحب هو تصحيح الأخطاء، والتكيف مع التغيرات في الظروف أو المعلومات، أو التوجيهات الجديدة التي تحكمها القوانين واللوائح، ويعتبر السحب جزءًا أساسيًا من ممارسة الإدارة العامة، حيث أنه يعزز مرونتها وقدرتها على التكيف مع التحديات المتغيرة، وفي نفس الوقت يساهم في تعزيز الشفافية والمساءلة في العمل الإداري.Administrative cancellation can be interpreted as a corrective process carried out by the administrative authority to cancel or nullify administrative decisions that are considered inappropriate, ineffective, or inconsistent with legal or social developments. The withdrawal of an administrative decision is a vital legal mechanism that aims to amend or cancel previous administrative decisions issued by the competent administrative authorities. The aim of withdrawal is to correct errors, adapt to changes in circumstances or information, or new directives governed by laws and regulations. Withdrawal is an essential part of the practice of public administration, as it enhances its flexibility and ability to adapt to changing challenges, while at the same time contributing to enhancing transparency and accountability in administrative work.
