متطلبات تطبيق الرقمنة و دورها في تحسين أداء الإدارة المحلية -دراسة حالة الشباك الإلكتروني لبلدية البويرة-
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور متطلبات تطبيق الرقمنة في تحسين أداء الإدارة المحلية وذلك من خلال دراسة حالة الشباك الالكتروني لبلدية البويرة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطات المبحوثين حول متطلبات تطبيق الرقمنة وأداء الإدارة المحلية يعزى لخصائصهم الشخصية ، كما أظهرت النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها انه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمتغير متطلبات تطبيق الرقمنة على أداء الإدارة المحلية. This study aims to shed light on the role of digitization application requirement in improving the performance of local administration by studying the case of the electronic window of the municipality of Bouira, The study concluded that there are no significant differences between the averages of the respondents regarding the requirements of the application of digitization and the performance of the local administration due to their personal characteristics.
