الفهم المقاصدي للسنة النبوية: ابن العربي نموذجا.

Résumé: ملخص: يأتي هذا البحث بعنوان "الفهم المقاصدي للسنة النبوية: ابن العربي نموذجا". أعرِّفُ فيه بداية بالفهم المقاصدي للسنة النبوية، وبشخصية الإمام ابن العربي العلمية، ثم أدرس كيف أعْمَلَ ابن العربي المعاني في فهم النص النبوي؟ كيف يرجح بالمعنى ويخصص به عموم النص؟ ثم تطرقت للفهم المصلحي للنص النبوي عند ابن العربي. وأخيرا كيفية اهتمامه وتنبيهه على التعليل في الحديث النبوي، وأنهيت بخاتمة سجلت فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات Abstract : This paper comes under the title: “The Maqasid Understanding of the Prophetic Sunnah: Ibn al-Arabi as a Model”. I introduce it first with the Maqasid understanding of the Prophet’s Sunnah, and with the scholarly personality of Imam Ibn al-Arabi, then I study how Ibn al-Arabi worked on meanings in understanding the text of the Prophet? How weighted in the meaning and assigned to the general text? Then it dealt with the reformist understanding of the text of the Prophet according to Ibn al-Arabi. Finally, how he cares about and alerted him to the reasoning in the hadith, and I ended with a conclusion in which I recorded the most important findings and recommendations.
