Résumé: مع التّطور السّريع في عالم التقنية أصبح التوجه الرقمي من الضروريات الأساسية التي تنتهجها مختلف الدول في عصر أصبحت الرقمنة فيه شعاره ، حيث بدأت كل القطاعات الحكومية في تبني نماذج عمل تعتمد على التقنيات الرقمية المتطورة وتهدف هذه الدراسة للكشف عن أهم التوجهات الإستراتيجية الرقمية المعتمدة في العالم العربي ومكانتها من التطورات التكنولوجية الحاصلة ،وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتوصيف موضوع الدراسة والإحاطة بكل حيثياته، وكنتيجة للدراسة توصلنا إلى توجه أغلب الحكومات العربية للاستثمار في المجال الرقمي لمجاراة التغيرات والاستعداد لبناء مستقبل رقمي بامتياز. With the rapid development in the world of technology, digital orientation has become one of the basic necessities pursued by various countries in an era in which digitization has become its slogan, as all government sectors began to adopt work models based on advanced digital technologies. This study aims to reveal the most important digital strategic directions adopted in the Arab world. And its position is one of the technological developments that have taken place, and the descriptive analytical approach has been relied upon to describe the subject of the study and to take note of all its merits.
