Résumé: التحول الرقمي أصبح أمرًا لازمًا وحتميًا في هذه المؤسسات. ويُعد التحول الرقمي تطورًا استراتيجيًا يؤثر على جميع الجوانب الأساسية للتعليم العالي، بدءًا من التخطيط وصولًا إلى التنفيذ والتقويم. من بين أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث يُمثل التحول الرقمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي فرصًا وتحديًّا في الوقت نفسه، يتطلب التكيّف من المستحدثات التكنولوجية، واستثمار الجهود والموارد المتاحة في تطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية، وتعزيز القدرات الرقمية للمؤسسة، لتطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية بكفاءة وفعالية كلمات مفتاحية: قطاع التعليم العالي والبحث، الرقمنة، جامعة المسيلة. Digital transformation has become necessary and inevitable in these institutions. Digital transformation is a strategic development that affects all fundamental aspects of higher education, from planning to implementation and evaluation. Among the most important results of this research, Digital transformation in higher education institutions represents both opportunities and challenges. It requires adapting to technological innovations, investing available efforts and resources in developing the digital infrastructure, and enhancing the institution’s digital capabilities. To implement strategic management efficiently and effectively.
