Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في الآليات التأديبية لإنهاء العلاقة الوظيفية للموظف العمومي في التشريع الجزائري، وذلك من خلال التعرف على أنواعها ومعانيها والإجراءات القانونية المتبعة فيها، والآثار المترتبة عنها، وتتمثل هذه الآليات التأديبية كما بينها الأمر رقم: 06 – 03 المتضمن القانون الأساسي للوظيفة العمومية في: التسريح والعزل بسبب إهمال المنصب، وإنهاء العلاقة الوظيفية بسبب فقدان الحقوق المدنية أو فقدان الجنسية أو التجريد منها، وبذلك سنقوم بدراستها من خلال استقراء النصوص القانونية الجزائرية المنظمة لها، ومحاولة معرفة المستجدات التشريعية والتنظيمية في علاقة الموظف بالإدارة العمومية، وقد أخذت الدراسة التي حاولنا معالجتها عنوان: الآليات التأديبية لإنهاء العلاقة الوظيفية في التشريع الجزائري. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the disciplinary mechanisms to end the employment relationship of the public employee in the Algerian legislation by identifying the types, meanings, its legal procedures followed, and their implications. In accordance with Order 06-03 bearing the basic law of the civil service, these disciplinary mechanisms are, in: dismissal and isolation due to the negligence of the work’s post, the ending of employment relationship due to the loss of the civil rights, the loss of the nationality or it dispossession. So we will study it through the extrapolation of the Algerian legal texts organizing them, and trying to know the legislative and organizational developments in the relationship of the employee to the public administration. The study that we tried to address is: Disciplinary mechanisms to end the functional relationship in Algerian legislation.
