منهج الإمام مالك ( رحمه الله ) في ترتيب أحاديث الباب في كتابه الموطأ

Résumé: يتناول الباحث في هذا المقال منهج الامام مالك رحمه الله في ترتيب احاديث الباب في كتابه الموطأ مجيبا عن جملة من الاسئلة هل الامام مالك كام له هدف في هذا الترتيب ام جاء هكذا ؟ وما الاسباب التي دفعته لتأليف الموطأ ؟ معرجا عن ترجمة الامام، ثم كلمة حول الموطأ (وصف للموطأ) ثم ذكر المقاصد الفقهية والحديثية من هذا الترتيب ثم خاتمة. فكانت خطة البحث كالآتي: ترجمة الإمام مالك رحمه الله صاحب الموطأ. أسباب ودواعي وأهداف تأليف الموطأ ، مسلك الإمام مالك في جمع موطئه ، منهجه في رواية الأحاديث وإثباتها في الموطأ ، منهجه الفقهي ومقاصده ، الخاتمة . In this article, the researcher deals with the methodology of Imam Malik, may God have mercy on him, in arranging the hadiths of the chapter in his book Al-Muwatta, answering a number of questions: Does Imam Malik have a goal in this arrangement or came like this? What are the reasons that prompted him to author the Muwatta? A translation of the Imam’s translation, then a word about al-Muwatta ’(a description of al-Muwatta), then he mentioned the fiqh and hadith objectives of this arrangement, then a conclusion. The research plan was as follows: The translation of Imam Malik, may God have mercy on him, the author of Al-Muwatta. The reasons, motives, and objectives of composing the Muwatta ', Imam Malik's course in collecting his Muwatta', his methodology for narrating hadiths and their proof in the Muwatta ', his jurisprudential approach and his objectives, the conclusion .
