Résumé: This study aims to determine the nature of the relationship between the information technology and the enterprise's competitive advantage, The study included a sample from algeria telecom's workers-bechar, as information technology is an important and necessary element in a highly competitive environment. The analytical descriptive curriculum and the identification of data as a key tool for data collection and analysis through the statistical programme spss have been relied upon; The results have shown the impact of information technology on the achievement of competitive advantage in Algerian communications institution, Bechar.
