Résumé: هناك عدة محاولات لمكافحة الفساد المالي والانتخابي و أخلقة العملية الانتخابية، من خلال الفصل بين المال الفاسد وعملية تسيير الحملة الانتخابية لتطهير مواردها و نفقاتها من كل صوره، عن طريق وضع ضمانات دستورية وتدابير تشريعية خاصة في الأمر 21-01 و قوانين أخرى، بتدخل عدة فواعل كالأمين المالي، محافظ الحسابات ولجنة مراقبة تمويل الحملات الانتخابية. There are attempts to combat financial and electoral corruption and the moralization of electoral process, with the separation between the corrupt money and the running electoral campaign, by placing constitutional guarantees and legislative measures in the Ordinance 21-01 and in other laws, with the intervention of the financial secretary and the electoral campaign finance monitoring committee.
