دور إدارة المعرفة في تحسين أداء العاملين دراسة حالة الشركة الوطنية للتامين بولاية ورقلة Saa

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلىإبرازدور إدارة المعرفة في تحسين أداء العاملين ، حيث عالجت هذه الدراسة كل من توليد المعرفة ، وتخزينها وتوزيعها وتطبيقها ، من اجل تحسين أداء العامل ، وقد اشتملت على عينة من عمال الشركة الجهوية للتأمين Saaبورقلة ، حيث اعتمدنا على استخدام الاستبيان وقمنا بتوزيع الاستمارة على عينة تصل الى 46 عامل ، وتم اختيارهم بطرقة عشوائية من مختلف مصالح المؤسسة ، لمعرفة مدى تطابق دور إدارة المعرفة في تحسين أداء العمال في المؤسسة ، وهذا بعد القيام ببعض العمليات،تجميع ومعالجتها باستخدام برنامج الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) ، وبعد قياسها تحصلنا على مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : أن الشركة تدرك أهمية دور إدارة المعرفة كما أنها تعمل على توفير المتطلبات الضرورية لعمالها من أجل تحسين أدائهم داخل الشركة وخارجها ، كما أنه يوجد أثر الاستخدام دور إدارة المعرفة في تحسين من أداء عمالها ، مما يحقق من هذا أهداف الشركة وضمانها على الاستمرار .The study aimed at improving the performance of the employees. The study dealt with the generation, storage, distribution and application of knowledge in order to improve the worker's performance. It included a sample of workers from the regional insurance company Saaouargala. Up to 46 workers, randomly selected from the various interests of the institution, to find out the extent to which the role of knowledge management in improving the performance of workers in the enterprise, and after some operations, the compilation and processing using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), and after measuring We are aware of the importance of the role of knowledge management as it provides the necessary requirements for its employees to improve their performance inside and outside the company. The impact of the use of the role of knowledge management in improving the performance of its employees, And ensure its sustainability.
