تحليل سوسيولوجي لمعوقات المشاركة التنموية للمرأة الجزائرية

Résumé: لطالما اقتصر مفهوم مشاركة المرأة على النظرة التقليدية لها في ظل الهيمنة الذكورية على المجتمع، كون مكانتها لا تتعدى الأسرة والمنزل، ومع بروز الحركات والمنظمات النسائية وهيكلتها، وازدياد وعيها المجتمعي نتيجة خروجها لعالم الشغل كإحدى مظاهر العولمة، أصبحت النظرة الحديثة لها تدعو لتفعيل دورها وأهميتها المجتمعية للمشاركة في مسعى التنمية في مختلف المجالات والقطاعات داخل الدولة، رغم مواجهتها لعديد المعوقات. وعلى هذا الأساس جاءت دراستنا لتبحث في أهم المعوقات التي واجهت المرأة بمناسبة انخراطها في المشروع المجتمعي التنموي، قد وخلصت الدراسة الى وجوب توفير الجهود اللازمة للحد من العوامل التي تحد من إسهاماتها في كل القطاعات سواء كانت جهود فردية، جماعية مجتمعية، أو دولية. ABSTRACT: Enter The concept of women's participation has always been limited to the traditional view of them in light of male domination of society, since their status does not extend beyond the family and the home. With the emergence of women's movements and organizations and their structure, and the increase of their societal awareness as a result of their exit into the world of work as a manifestation of globalization, the modern view of them calls for activating their role and societal importance to participate in development in various fields and sectors within the state, despite facing many obstacles. On this basis, our study came to examine the most important obstacles facing women in their involvement in the community development project, A descriptive and analytical approach was used to achieve the goal. The study concluded that efforts must be made to limit the factors that limit their contributions in all sectors, whether they are individual, collective, community, or international efforts.
