أثر الهيكل المالي على المخاطر المالية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية : دراسة تحليلية قياسية في مؤسسة مطاحن عمر بن عمر للفترة (2010-2020)

Résumé: ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى وصف، تحليل وقياس أثر الهيكل المالي على المخاطر المالية في مؤسسة مطاحن عمر بن عمر من خلال تطبيق نموذج أشعة الانحدار الذاتي VAR خلال الفترة (2010-2020)، حيث تم تحديد الهيكل المالي باعتماد على نسبة الديون لإجمالي الموجودات ونسبة الديون لحقوق الملكية، في حين تم قياس المخاطر المالية عن طريق جملة من المؤشرات تمثلت في: الاستقلالية المالية، القدرة على السداد، السيولة المتداولة والمردودية المالية. خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة سببية في اتجاهين من السيولة المتداولة إلى النسب المعبرة عن الهيكل المالي، ومن المردودية المالية إلى نسبة الديون لإجمالي الموجودات، كما كشفت الدراسة عن وجود علاقات مهمة ذات دلالة إحصائية مختلفة، ايجابية وسلبية، بين متغيرات الهيكل المالي والمخاطر المالية بالنسبة للتأخيرات الثلاث، كما بين التحليل شدة العلاقة بين المتغيرات التابعة والمتغيرات المفسرة طيلة فترة الدراسة. Abstract: This study aims to describe, analyze, and measure the impact of the financial structure onfinancial risks at Omar Ben Omar Mills by applying the VAR model from the period (2010 to 2020). The financial structure was determined based on the debt ratio of total assets and the debt ratio of property rights. Also, the financial risk was measured by a number of indicators: financial autonomy, ability to pay, current liquidity, and financial returns. The study found a causal correlation in two directions; from current liquidity to financial structure ratios, and from financial returns to the debt ratio of total assets. The study also revealed that there are relevant relationships of different statistical significance, positive and negative, between financial structure variables and financial risks for the three delays. The analysis also showed the severity of the relationship between dependent variables and independent variables throughout the study period.
