اثر الرضا الوظيفي في انتاجية الاستاذ الباحث دراسة ميدانية لاساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية و العلوم التجارية و علوم التسيير بجامعة ورقلة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الرضا الوظيفي على إنتاجية الأستاذ الباحث في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والعلوم التجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، وتم استخدام أداة الإستبيان لجمع المعلومات، وبلغت العينة (70) أستاذ باحث ، وتم كذلك استخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية في تحليل البيانات ضمن برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss)، مثل التكرارات والنسب والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية ومعاملات الارتباط ،بالإضافة إلى اجراء مقابلة مع عدد من الأساتذة ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى : - هناك مستوى مرتفع من الرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والعلوم التجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة. - هناك مستوى مرتفع لإنتاجية الأستاذ الباحث بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح بورقلة. - هناك علاقة طردية قوية بين الرضا الوظيفي وإنتاجية الأستاذ الباحث بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لإجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الرضا الوظيفي تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية : (الجنس، العمر، الرتبة، سنوات الخبرة ، القسم ، عدد الكتب المنشورة خلال الخمس سنوات، عدد المقالات المنشورة خلال الخمس سنوات، عدد الملتقيات المشارك فيها خلال الخمس سنوات، عدد المنح المستفاد منها خلال الخمس سنوات) ؛ This study aimed to know the effect of job satisfaction on the productivity researcher professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Business and Management Sciences in the university of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla, The questionnaire was used to gather the information , The sample consisted of 70 researchers and number of statistical methods were also used in data within the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program (SPSS) such as duplicates, ratios, arithmetic averages, standard deviations and correlation coefficients. As well the Interviews with a number of professors. The study concluded to : - There is a high level of job satisfaction among the professors of Economic Sciences, Commercial and Management Sciences faculty at the University of Kasdi Marbah Ouargla. - There is a high level of productivity of the researcher professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of kasdi Marbah Ouargla. - There is a strong correlation between the job satisfaction and researcher professor productivity in the Faculty of Economic Sciences. - There is no statistically significant differences in the responses of the individuals in the study sample on the job satisfaction due to the personal variables( Gender, age, rank, years of experience, department, number of books published during the five years, number of articles published during the five years, number of participations during the five years, number of grants utilized during the five years)
