المجتمع المدني في الجزائر والمعوقات المشكلة له : دراسة سوسيو-سياسية.

Résumé: تحاول هذه الورقة طرح إشكالية مفهوم المجتمع المدني الذي برز خلال الثمانينيات إثر أحداث أكتوبر 1988 وإثر ظهور تطورات سياسية وما تبعتها من إصلاحات جعلت السلطة تقوم على إبراز قوى فاعلة جديدة حيث تقوم على التفاعل مع الدولة من أجل ابراز آليات جديدة واضفاء مشروعية التحول الديمقراطي، فكلما تباينت العوامل السياسية والاجتماعية في مجتمع ما زادت فرصة تغير مضمون مفهوم المجتمع المدني خاصة منذ ظهور الحداثة. بالنسبة للجزائر، أن مخطط المجتمع المدني يحتمل أن يكون حاضرًا في إنشاء الدولة القومية، لكن تشكيل المساحات المستقلة عن إرادة القوة المركزية يواجه عقبات سياسية تعيق تطوره يستخدم النظام عنف الدولة والاقتصاد كمصادر سياسية للهيمنة، رافضًا إضفاء الطابع المؤسسي على علاقات السلطة. This paper attempts to pose the problem of the concept of civil society that emerged during the 1980s following the events of October 1988 following political developments and subsequent reforms that made the Authority based on the emergence of new actors, interacting with the State in order to highlight new mechanisms and legitimize democratic transition. The different political and social factors in a society, the greater the opportunity for the content of civil society to change, especially since the emergence of modernity. For Algeria, the civil society scheme is likely to be present in the creation of the nation-state, but the formation of spaces independent of the will of the central power faces political obstacles to its development.
