عمل المرأة وأثر اشتراطه في عقد النكاح – دراسة فقهية -

Résumé: الملخص: - هذا البحث الموسوم ب:"عمل المرأة وأثر اشتراطه في عقد النكاح - دراسة فقهية -". كان الباعث إليه جملة من الأمور والحوادث الواقعية التي تعترض لنا في حياتنا. فنظرا لتغير الأعراف, وحرص الناس الفطري في أن يضمنوا لمستقبلهم عيشا هنيئا تُلبى فيه الحاجات, وتُحفظ من خلاله الأُسَرْ, فكان من النوازل المعاصرة في هذه السنوات الأخيرة شروطا تشترط في عقد النكاح أو قبله, يحرص فيه كل من المتعاقدين على حفظ حقوقهما. ومن أبرزها وأظهرها: اشتراط المرأة على من تقدم إليها بنكاح أن لا يحرمها حقها في ممارسة العمل. فجاء هذا البحث ليسلط الضوء على الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بعمل المرأة, وأثر اشتراطه في عقد النكاح. Abstract: - This research is deals with: "Women’s work and the effect of its condition on marriage - a jurisprudential study." The emitter was a set of realistic matters and things that confront us in our lives. In view of the changing norms, and the innate people's care to ensure for their comfortable living future in which they find all needs, and families are kept through it, it was one of the contemporary events in these recent years, conditions that stipulate the marriage contract or before it, in which each of the contractors cares to preserve their rights. Among the most prominent and visible: the demands of woman for anyone who asked her for marriage not to depriveher right to work. So this research came to shed light on the jurisprudential provisions related to the work of women, and the effect of its condition on marriage
