Résumé: ملخص: أسهم العلماء المسلمون في العصر الوسيط في عدة علوم وشكلت حضارتهم أعظم حضارة أشرقت شمسها مشارق الأرض ومغاربها،ومن العلوم التي كانت لهم مشاركة و إضافة فيها نجد علم السياسة،حيث صنف فيها العلماء المسلمين سواء من دائرة السلطة أو من خارجها، ومما لا شك فيه أن نطاق النص التراثي السياسي الإسلامي تجلى في عبارة تدبير وتوجيه الفعل السياسي للحاكم وحاشيته. وسنتناول هذا الموضوع في عنصرين رئيسيين: الأول يتعلق: دور الفقهاء في تأطير الممارسة السياسية عبر النصيحة، والثاني: التدبير السياسي بين الرقابة الفقهية وصناعة الإستبداد. summary Muslim scholars in the Middle Ages contributed to several sciences, and their civilization constituted the greatest civilization whose sunshone from the east and west of the earth. The scope of the Islamic political heritage text was manifested in the phrase “managing andirecting the political action of the ruler and his entourage.” We will address this subject in two main elements: the first relates to: the role of jurists in framing political practice through advice, and the second: political management between jurisprudential control and the making of tyranny . .
