المعوقات التنظيمية للإبداع في المنظمات

Résumé: تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى محاولة التعرف على العوامل المؤثرة سلبا على الإبداع في المنظمات العامة ، وقد تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في أن هناك العديد من المشكلات التي تعاني منها المنظمات العامة ، ومن أبرزها عدم توفر المناخ الملائم للإبداع بسبب وجود العديد من العوامل التي تقف عائقا أمام إظهار الأفراد لقدراتهم الإبداعية وتوظيفها في خدمة المنظمات التي يعملون بها ، وذلك باعتبار أن المنهج الإبداعي أحد المداخل المهمة والرئيسة لحل المشكلات. ولذلك فقد وضع الباحث تساؤلا رئيسا عن ماهية العوامل المؤثرة سلبا على الإبداع في المنظمات العامة. The intervention aims at attempting to recognize the factors that negatively affect the innovation in the public organizations. The problem of the study is that there are many problems from which the public organizations suffer, the most important among which is the non- existence of the climate suitable for the innovation because of many factors which hinder the individuals from showing their innovative capabilities and investing them in the service of the organizations in which they work, as the innovative methodology is one of the main important entries for problem solution. So the researcher presented a main question about what the factors are that negatively affect the innovation in the public organizations .
