علاقة الكفاءة الذاتية باتخاذ القرار لدى المراهقين المترددين على دور الشباب دراسة ميدانية بدور الشباب مدينة ورقلة--

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة : تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الكفاءة الذاتية واتخاذ القرار لدى المراهقين المترددين على دور الشباب بمدينة ورقلة،وكذا الاختلاف في هذه العلاقة حسب الجنس ونوع النشاط الممارس ، اذ تكونت عينة الدراسة ا من 150 مراهق ومراهقة من دور الشباب في مدينة ورقلة ،للعام (2016،2017) يمارسون أنشطة مختلفة صنفت إلى أنشطة ترفيهية وأنشطة علمية . ولجمع بيانات الدراسة استخدمت الطالبة أدوات تتمتع بدرجة عالية من الصدق والثبات وتمثلت في كل من مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية و مقياس اتخاذ القرار وتمت معالجة هذه البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام أساليب إحصائية ملائمة معامل ارتباط بيرسون و معادلة فيشر وذلك بالاعتماد على برنامج spss وقد أظهرت النتائج ما يلي: - لا توجد علاقة بين الكفاءة الذاتية واتخاذ القرار لدى المراهقين المترددين على دور الشباب ـ - تختلف طبيعة العلاقة بين الكفاءة الذاتية واتخاذ القرار باختلاف الجنس ـ - لا تختلف طبيعة العلاقة بين الكفاءة الذاتية واتخاذ القرار باختلاف نوع النشاط الممارس. وقد تم مناقشة هذه النتائج في ضوء الإطار النظري لمتغيرات الدراسة والدراسات السابقة ، وسمحت هذه المناقشة بتقديم بعض المقترحات : - القيام بدراسات متعلقة بالمراهقين وعلاقاتهم بالأسرة والأصدقاء تأثيرها في اتخاذ القرار . - اقتراح برامجإرشادية توجيهية على مستوى دور الشباب هدفها مساعدة المراهق على تحقيق أهدافه. - العمل على تطوير برامج دور الشباب بما يسمح لها بمواكبة التطورات التي يشهدها العالم اليوم خاصة في مجال التكنولوجيا . This study aims to investigate the relation between self-efficacy and decision-making among adolescents involved in youth homes in Ouargla, the basic sample of this study consisted of 150 adolescents (girls, and boys), from the youth centers in Ouargla of (2016/2017). The researcher used these following tools: self-efficacy scale, and decision-making scale, while the statistical methods used in this study were: the statistical programme SPSS which was used for data analysis and processing. The statistical methods were used to confirm the reliability and stability of the study instrument:Verifying the reliability of peripheral comparison, Alpha- Cronbach, and midterm fragmentation. The statistical processing was used to analyze; the results of the basic study, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Fisher equation, the results were as follows: there is no relationship between self-efficacy and decision-making among the reluctant adolescents to the youth homes, the nature of the relationship between self-efficacy and decision-making doesn’t differ depending on the gender or type of the practiced activity. In light of these findings, for future studies we suggested: to insert topics related to the relationship between adolescents and their families, and friends according to decision-making, conducting guidance programs aims to link between the adolescent and his/her professional and academic needs
