محددات الطلب على العمالة في الجزائر: مقاربة تحليلية وقياسية للفترة 1980-2018

Résumé: الملخص نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقدير واختبار العلاقة بين الفئة العاملة وأهم المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية المؤثرة فيها للفترة 1980-2018. تم استخدام منهجية التكامل المتزامن لجوهانسون واختبار السببية لجرانجر في الدراسة القياسية، وذلك من أجل تحديد وتحليل طبيعة العلاقات طويلة وقصيرة الأجل بين متغيرات الدراسة، مع الاستعانة أيضا بطريقة تحليل المركبات الأساسية، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة طويلة وقصيرة الأجل بين المتغيرات، وتعتبر أسعار النفط أهم عامل مؤثر على الفئة العاملة في الجزائر عبر قناة السياسة المالية. Abstract The present study is an attempt to estimate and test the relationship between the employed category and the important macroeconomic variables affecting it during the period 1980-2018. The Johansson's co-integration methodology and Ganger's causality test were used in this econometrics study, and while also using the Principal Component Analysis method, in order to define and analyze the nature of long and short run relationships between these variables. The results of the study showed that there is a long and short-term relationship between the variables, and oil prices are the most important factor affecting the category employed in Algeria through the fiscal policy channel.
