دراسة تحليلية وقياسية للأجور والبطالة في الجزائر للفترة ( 1980-2016(

Résumé: ملخص:هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تناول العلاقة بين الأجور والبطالة في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1980-2016(دلك من خلال اجراء دراسة تحليلية وقياسية من خلال نموذج قياسي يحدد طبيعة العلاقة بينهما في المدى الطويل باستخدام نموذج التكامل المشترك وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة عكسية بينهما، وهذا ما توافقه النظريات الاقتصادية والدراسات السابقة، وأيضا وجود علاقة عكسية في المدى القصير من خلال اختبار تصحيح الخطأ. الكلمات المفتاح: الأجر، البطالة، التضخم. Abstract: This study aimed at addressing the relationship between wages and unemployment in Algeria during the period 1980-2016 through conducting an analytical and standard study through a standard model that determines the nature of the relationship between them in the long term using the model of joint integration. The results showed an inverse relationship between them. Its compatibility with economic theories and previous studies, and also an inverse relationship in the short term through error correction testing. Keywords: Wages, unemployment, inflation.
