Influence Du Type Et Dose Du Sel Sur La Germination Des Graines D’acacia Raddiana (fabaceae), Sous Des Conditions Semi Contrôlées (sahara Septentrional)

Résumé: The objective of this research is to study the influence of the type and dose of salt on the germination of Acacia Raddiana seeds under semi-controlled conditions using three types of salts (Na-Cl; El-Ménia salt, El-Hamraya and El-Oued), and different concentrations of saline solutions (2/4/6/8/10/12 g/l). Of Acacia raddiana in sulfuric acid for 30 min (chemical scarification). After the treatment, the seeds are placed in petri dishes (5 repetitions at the rate of 20 seeds in a box, after which the seeds are irrigated with 10 ml of solution salines after we put the boxes in the oven at a temperature of 25C° for 30 days. After the positive results which we obtained we come out with a result that the salts do not affect negatively on the germination of the seeds; On the contrary, it has an important property which is the ability to germinate under harsh conditions. ions and we can exploit and rehabilitate them to enhance marginal soils affected by salinity.
