أثر إدارة رأس المال البشري في التغيير التنظيمي دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة صناعة الكوابل –فرع جنرال كابل بسكرة- The Impact Of Human Capital Management On Organizational Change: Empirical Study On The Enicab Enterprise –biskra

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر إدارة رأس المال البشري في التغيير التنظيمي بمؤسسة صناعة الكوابل –فرع جنرال كابل- بسكرة، وقد تم اعتماد ثلاثة أبعاد لقياس إدارة رأس المال البشري: استقطاب رأس المال البشري، تطويره والمحافظة عليه، وشملت عينة عددها (124)إطارا. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من نتائج أهمها: وجود أثر معنوي لإدارة رأس المال البشري بشكل إجمالي في مستوى التغيير التنظيمي عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=α)، حيث فسرت الإبعاد المتبناة (65.6%) من التباين في التغيير التنظيمي. The aim of this research is to investegeted the impact of human capital management on organizational change: empirical study on the ENICAB enterprise –General Cable Subsidiary- Biskra. The human capital management were measured in term of three dimensions which are: human capital attraction, human capital development and human capital retained, and study the impact of it on organizational changement, with a simple included (124). The research reached a number of results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant impact of human capital management on the overall level of organizational change at the level of significance (0.05 = α). The variable of human capital management explained (65.6%) of the variances in organizational change in the enterprise
