الإصلاحات السياسية والدستورية في الجزائر عقب ثورات الربيع العربي: المضامين والأهداف ،political And Constitutional Reforms In Algeria After The Arab Spring Revolutions: Contents And Objectives

Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع الإصلاحات السياسية في الجزائر عقب ثورات الربيع العربي، ركزنا فيهـا على إبراز تأثير هذه الثورات على المشهد السياسي في الجزائر، وذلك بتبيان طبيعة استجابة النظام السياسي الجزائري للاحتجاجات الشعبية التي برزت بداية سنة 2011. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز طبيعة وأهداف الإصلاحات السياسية والدستورية في الجزائر عقب ثورات الربيع العربي، وذلك بالتطرق إلى أهم هذه الإصلاحات التي باشرها النظام السياسي آنذاك، بداية بتغيير القوانين العضوية ووصولاً إلى تعديل الدستور سنة 2016. وبعد الوصف والتحليل، توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى نتيجة رئيسية مفادها: أن هذه الإصلاحات بداية سنة 2011 حققت الاستقرار السياسي المؤقت ولم تعمق مسار الترسيخ الديمقراطي في الجزائر. This study deals with the topic of political reforms in Algeria after the Arab Spring revolutions, in which we focused on highlighting the impact of these revolutions on the political scene in Algeria, by showing the nature of the response of the Algerian political system to the popular protests that emerged at the beginning of 2011. This study aimed to highlight the nature and objectives of political and constitutional reforms in Algeria following the Arab Spring revolutions, by addressing the most important of these reforms that the political system began at the time, beginning with the change of organic laws and ending with the amendment of the constitution in 2016. After description and analysis, this study came to a main conclusion: that these reforms at the beginning of 2011 achieved temporary political stability and did not deepen the path of democratic consolidation in Algeria,
