الطفل في بلاد المغرب القديم خلال العهد الروماني

Résumé: ملخص: يلقى الطفل حبا واهتماما ورعاية منذ ولادته إلى أن يصبح قادرا على الاعتناء بنفسه، ويحاول الوالدين جاهدين تربيته تربية صحيحة، حتى يبرز في المجتمع ويرتقي بين أقرانه، غير أن هذه الحظوة والامتيازات لم تكن من نصيب كل الأطفال لدى الشعوب القديمة بما فيها بلاد المغرب القديم، لأن طبيعة النشأة لأي طفل والظروف المحيطة به، كان لها دورا كبيرا في تحديد هويته، ووضع ترتيبه بين أقرانه وتشكيل مساره الحياتي، ورغم أن بعض الشرائع وضعت قوانين لحماية الطفل منذ تكوينه، ودعمت الأديان السماوية حق الطفل في الحياة بتحريم الإجهاض والحنو عليه وتربيته تربية سليمة إلا أن هذا لم يكن كافيا فما مصير الطفل يا ترى في الأسرة ببلاد المغرب القديم؟ وما هي وضعيته خلال العهد الروماني؟ وفيما تكمن حقوقه؟ الكلمات المفتاحية: الطفل؛ المغرب القديم؛ الأسرة؛ العهد الروماني؛ التبني. Abstract: The child receives love, care and care from birth until he is able to take care of himself and the parents strive to raise him properly, so that he could emerge in society and rise among his peers, but this chance and these privileges did not belong to all the children of ancient civilizations, including the ancient Maghreb. Since the nature of the child's education and the circumstances surrounding it played a major role in determining his identity, his relationships with his peers and the achievement of his life path and although certain laws establish laws to protect the child from birth, the celestial religions supported the child's right to life by prohibiting abortion, compassion for him and his education. But unfortunately that was not enough. What is the importance of the child in the society of the ancient Maghreb in the Roman era?
