ظاهرة الاحتمال النحوي وأثرها في التقعيد المعياري

Résumé: يهدف الباحث إلى إبراز إحدى ظواهر التوجيه الاستدلالية في أصول النحو العربي؛ وهي: احتمال الدليل النحوي وما يخلفه ذلك من أثر في أثناء التقعيد المعياري، مستندا في عمله إلى الحفر في إحدى الاستنباطات المَنثُورَة في التُّراث اللِّسانيِّ العربيِّ القديم؛ القَائلة: "إذَا دخَل الدَّليلَ الاحْتمالُ سقطَ به الاسْتدلاَلُ"؛ وهي قَاعِدةٌ أصُوليَّة تناولتْها كُتب التراثِ العربيِّ الإسلاميِّ؛ فقهِه، وأصولِه، ونحوِه؛ رُغم أنَّه في أصُول النحو لم يُتطرَّق إليها بِشكل كافٍ، إسوةً بأصُول الفِقه. سَيعمل الباحثُ تِلو ما سبَق على تتبُّع مَواطن هذه القَاعدة الأصُوليَّة في بعض مُدونات النَّحو العربيِّ وأصولِه، بُغية الوُقوف على قَصد النَّحويِين العَرب القُدماء مِنها. إذاً سيحرصُ الباحِث على جَمع ما يتعلَّق بهذه القاعدَة من خلال القيام باسْتقراء لبعض المُصَنفات النحويَّة القديمَة المَطبُوعة؛ وهذا كلُّه من أجل تحديدٍ واضحٍ ودقيقٍ لظَاهرة الاحتمَال النحويِّ، وتَحقيق فهمٍ أعمقَ لها. This research aims to highlight one of the inferential orientation phenomena in the origins of Arabic grammar. It is the possibility of grammatical evidence and the impact that this leaves during the standard constraint, based in his work on digging into one of the deductions published in the ancient Arab linguistic heritage. Saying: "If the evidence enters the probability, the inference is lost." It is a fundamentalist rule that has been covered in the books of the Arab and Islamic heritage. Its jurisprudence, principles, and the like; Although, in the fundamentals of grammar, it was not dealt with sufficiently, like the principles of jurisprudence. The researcher will follow the to trace the sites of this fundamentalist rule in some of the Arabic grammar codes and its origins, in order to find out the intention of the ancient Arab grammarians from among them. So, the researcher will be keen to collect what is related to this rule by making a complete extrapolation of the old printed grammatical works and referring to the manuscript from them. All this is in order to clearly and accurately define the phenomenon of grammatical probability, and to achieve a deeper understanding of it.
