Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر صدمات أسعار البترول على الاستهلاك العائلي باستعمال بيانات سنوية الممتدة من 1975-2020، حيث تم الاعتماد على مقاربة نماذج الانحدار الذاتي (VAR). أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة سببية وحيدة الاتجاه تتجه من كل من متغير أسعار النفط والناتج المحلي نحو متغير الاستهلاك العائلي، كما بينت نتائج تحليل دوال الاستجابة الدفعية أن أثر صدمات أسعار النفط على الاستهلاك العائلي في الأجل القصير أكبر منه في الأجل الطويل، مما يوافق النظرية الاقتصادية. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the impact of oil Price shocks on household consumption using annual data during the period 1975-2020 using VAR models (Vector Auto Regression Models). The empirical results indicate that there is one-way causal relationship from both oil prices and GDP variables towards household consumption variable. The results of the impulse response functions analysis also showed that the impact of oil price shocks on . household consumption in the short term is greater than in the long term, this which adequate with economic theory
