تطوير مقياس للكفايات التعليمية لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم الثانوي

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تطوير أداة لقياس الكفايات التعليمية لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم الثانوي. لتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي. واتبعنا أربع خطوات هي كالتالي: الخطوة الأولى: تحديد الكفايات التعليمية الأساسية للأستاذ في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي (أبعاد المقياس)، التي كانت ستة في البداية. الخطوة الثانية: صياغة أولية لعبارات المقياس (82 عبارة)، انطلاقا من الأدب التربوي النظري حول الموضوع، الدراسات السابقة، ومجموعة من المقاييس والقوائم السابقة. الخطوة الثالثة: دراسة الخصائص السايكومترية للمقياس (الصدق والثبات)، بحيث استعملنا نوعين من الصدق (صدق المحكمين، وصدق البناء)، ونوعين من الثبات (ألفا كرونباخ، والتجزئة النصفية) من خلال تطبيق الأداة على عينة قوامها 95 أستاذ وأستاذة من مرحلة التعليم الثانوي بالجزائر. الخطوة الرابعة: المقياس في صورته النهائية، بحيث تم حصره في (60) عبارة موزعة على(5) أبعاد (التخطيط للدرس وصياغة الأهداف، تنفيذ الدرس، حفظ النظام وإدارة الصف، الاتصال والتفاعل الإنساني، والتقويم). بعد اتباع هذه الخطوات توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج مفادها: - توجد دلالات صدق عالية لمقياس الكفايات التعليمية لأستاذ مرحلة التعليم الثانوي. - توجد دلالات ثبات عالية لمقياس الكفايات التعليمية لأستاذ مرحلة التعليم الثانوي. Abstact: This research aims to develop a tool for measuring the educational skills of secondary school teachers. To achieve this goal, we have adopted the descriptive approach, as we followed four steps: First step: Identification of the teacher’s basic educational skills in secondary education (scale dimensions), which were initially six. Second step: Preliminary formulation of the scale items (82 items), starting with theoretical pedagogical literature on the subject, previous studies, and a set of previous scales and lists. Third step: Studying the psychometric characteristics of the scale (validity and reliability). We used two types of validity (Arbitrators validity, Construct validity), and two types of reliability (Cronbach’s alpha, Split-Half) by applying the tool to a sample of 95 male and female teachers from the secondary education in Algeria. Fourth steep: The scale is in its final form, limiting it to (60) items spread over (5) dimensions (lesson planning and goal formulation, lesson execution, keeping order and class management, human communication and interaction, assessment). Following these steps, we have reached a set of conclusions: - There are high validity significances of the educational skills scale for the secondary education teacher. - There are high reliability significances of the educational skills scale for the secondary education teacher.
