دور تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتّصال في تنمية المهارات اللّغويّة - مهارة القراءة أنموذجا - the Role Of Information And Communication Technology In Developing Language Skills -the Reading Skill As A Model-

Résumé: أحدثت تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال ثورة مسّت كلّ المجالات بما في ذلك مجال التّعليم عموما، وتعليم اللغة العربيّة ومهاراتها خصوصا؛ والتي تجاوزت بتوظيف هذه التقنيات الطرائق التّقليديّة، وسايرت التّطورات الحاصلة، فصارت بذلك تجربة التّعلّم أكثر متعة، وفاعليّة. من مساعي هذا البحث تسليط الضوء على مهارات تعلّم اللّغة العربيّة، مع إبراز حاجة هذه اللّغة الحيّة لتكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتّصال، وكيفيّة تطوير مهارات المتعلّمين بناءً عليها، ليخلص في الأخير لعرض بعض النماذج عن التقنيات المستغلّة لتطوير مهارة القراءة كنموذج للدّراسة. Information and communication technology (ICT) has revolutionized all fields, including education in general, and the teaching of the Arabic language and its skills in particular. By employing these technologies, traditional methods have been surpassed, keeping pace with ongoing developments, thus making the learning experience more enjoyable and effective. This research aims to shed light on the skills involved in learning the Arabic language, highlighting the need for this living language to utilize ICT, and how learners' skills can be developed based on it. Ultimately, it will present some examples of technologies used to develop reading skills as a case study.
