التغيير التنظيمي واستراتيجيات مقاومته في المنظّمات: مقاربة نظرية".

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى محاولة مقاربة المفهوم النظري للتغيير التنظيمي ومقاومته في المنظّمات، حيث تصاحب عملية التغيير إحداث تعديلات في أهداف وسياسات المنظمة أو في أي عنصر آخر من عناصر العمل التنظيمي، بهدف ملاءمة أوضاع التنظيم وأساليب عمل الإدارة وأنشطتها مع تغييرات وأوضاع جديدة في البيئة التنظيمية. وكما أن التغيير أمر حتميّ لا مناص منه، فمقـاومة التغيير-كاستجابة عاطفية (سلوكية) وطبيعية اتجاه ما يعتبر خطرا حقيقيا أو متوقع يهدد أسلوب العمل المعتاد- أمر حتمي كذلك، فالإنسان بطبعه وفطرته يميل إلى الاستقرار. وقد أبرزنا عددا من الاستراتيجيات التي يمكن من خلالها للمنظمة أن تتغلب بها على مقاومة التغيير. The aim of this study is to try to approach the theoretical concept of organizational change and its resistance in organizations. The process of change is accompanied by changes in the objectives and policies of the organization or in any other element of organizational work. As change is inevitable, resistance to change - as an emotional (behavioral) response and a natural tendency that is perceived as a real or foreseeable danger that threatens the normal course of action - is inevitable else. Man is by nature and his instinct tends to settle. We have highlighted a number of strategies by which the Organization can overcome resistance to change.
