Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى مقاومة التغيير التنظيمي لدى عمال مؤسسة "SNVI" بالرويبة وتكونت عينة الدراسة من404 عامل وعاملة لسنة 2017، واستخدم الباحث مقياس من إعداده حول مقاومة التغيير التنظيمي، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى متوسط من مقاومة التغيير التنظيمي لدى عمال المؤسسة. The purpose of this study was to identify the level of resistance to organizational change in SNVI workers. The study sample consisted of 404 workers for the year 2017, Data collection was based on the measure of resistance to change prepared by the researcher. The results of the study showed that there is an average level of resistance to organizational change among the workers of the institution SNVI.
