كفاءة برامج الدعم الحكومي في ترقية المنتج الفلاحي في الجزائر دراسة ميدانية في ولاية عين تموشنت

Résumé: يعتبر برامج الدعم التي تقوم الدولة الجزائرية بتطبيقه من أهم أساليب إنعاش الاقتصاد الوطني ، زيادة تنافسية الأسواق المحلية و تحقيق التنويع في المنتجات و المداخيل للخزينة العمومية و للفلاحين على حد السواء لهذا تهدف دراستنا لإبراز الدور التي تلعبه برامج الدعم بمختلف أنواعها على المنتج الفلاحي عن طريق دراسة ميدانية للفلاحين في ولاية عين تموشنت بصياغة استبيان لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة (32 استبيان موزع على الفلاحين) بإستعمال البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS طبعة 25 حيث توصلنا لإبراز الأثر الكبير و العلاقة الطردية بين برامج الدعم و المنتج الفلاحي . كلمات مفتاحية: الدعم الفلاحي ،المنتج الفلاحي ، واقع القطاع الفلاحي في الجزائر تصنيفات JEL : N5, R28, Z22 Abstract : The support programs implemented by the Algerian state are one of the most important methods of reviving the national economy, increasing the competitiveness of local markets and achieving diversification in products and incomes for both the public treasury and farmers, which is why our study aims to highlight the role that support programs of all kinds play on agricultural products through a field study of farmers in Ain Tamushent state by drafting a questionnaire to collect data from the sample of the study (32 questionnaires distributed to farmers) using the statistical program SPSS edition 25 where We have come to highlight the great impact and the expulsion relationship between support programs and agricultural product.
